   This Agreement, and the Privacy Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction conferred on the Courts at NASHIK.

Warranties

   This covers damaged product caused by not proper handling of courier, weather effect on courier.   If customer got any damaged product.   In above both conditions we ensure to exchange the product in SHIVSHAHI’S expenses. In this condition return policy rules are not applied.
